So...with a new year...comes resolutions. We all either have them or know people that do. How many of them work???? It seems like a very small percentage....I actually heard the other day that 77% of them fail in the first week. Ouch...so how do we stay motivated. Better yet...how do you keep your employees motivated on the new goals and tasks you have laid out. Daily reminders always help. I know one of my resolutions is do make this a more active and pro-active blog. So we are starting today, day 1 of the new work year, with a great little desktop item. It is simply called the Motivation Box.
